Priority Pak is a new high speed automated packaging system that simply put creates a custom made fully sealed bag around your product minimizing movement inside the package as well as providing superior protection. In other words the Priority Pak system encapsulates your products in a Cold Seal cohesive-coated protective package that locks and seals products. It maximises your labour by creating up to 20 packages a minute.
Prioroty Pak can be seamlessly integrated into existing packaging lines and uses three types of protective packaging materials.

• 1- a strong and versatile Priority Wrap Bubble Laminate ideal for Products requiring both containment and cushioning.
• 2 - Priority Wrap Rigid Board which is ideal for those products requiring containment, rigidity and surface protection.
• 3 - Priority Wrap Film/Paper Laminate which provides a durable co-extruded film layer on the outside and a tough kraft layer on the interior.

TYING MACHINE

The mechanical Tying Machine is the simple and easy way to Tie or Bundle products together using Twine. Tying Machines can be used in a variety of industries such as Mail Houses, Printers, Laundries as well as many other speciality applications were the tying of string around products is desired. The Tying Machine has a rotating arm that that goes twice around the items in the machine, on the second rotation the String or Twine is mechanically knotted to join the twine. The standard Semi Automatic Tying Machine 5-TM5060 can Tie products from 120mm x 100mm up to 500mm x 600mm, with other models available.

Overwrapping is the process of folding then envelope sealing your case or box to provide the cleanest and most professional packaging available. These machines are the idea solution for DVD's, CD's, Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical products or Chocolate box's which require a high quality display pack. Equipped with an in feed conveyor or a feeding hopper to increase productivity for speeds of between 20-60 packs per minute depending the application. Optional on the Overwrappers are a tear tape system, a photo-cell to run printed film and a hot press system that tightens the pack to give a shrink wrap type finish.

FLOW WRAPPER

We have an extensive range of horizontal flow wrappers with either top or bottom film supply with speeds of up to 60 packs per minute. The sealing jaw is a constant heat and is able to seal a wide range of film types, polyethylene, polypropylene, cellophane or foil.

TRAY SEALING MACHINE

Tray sealing is the process whereby a plastic film (PP, PE, PET & PVC) is heat sealed onto a plastic rigid tray or tub and the film is profile cut to form a perfect pack. The benefit being that food has an increased shelf life with a higher quality and enhanced presentation of retail pack. The machine uses a pneumatic action to seal and cut the film with speeds of between 6-8 packs per minute on the table top version to 10-18 packs per minute on the auto version. The machines framework is stainless steel construction. Get Packed has a wide variety of tray sealing machine for different packs, products and sizes or one can be custom built to your requirements.

VACUUM CHAMBERS

Vacuum Chamber machines or Vacuum packing machines are used to evacuate the air around perishable goods such as food products like cheese and meat where the extension of the products shelf life is desired. The food industry sometimes refers to Vacuum packing as Cryovacing or to Cryovac the item. Vacuum Chamber machines or vacuum sealers remove the air from the package while at the same time sealing it, delivering the ultimate in protection while extending the distribution life and maintaining product integrity. Vacuum Sealers or Vacuum chamber machines commonly use a 70um Vacuum pouch, Vacuum bags or barrier pouches also available from Get packed. These barrier bags provide a barrier against the atmosphere and moisture are placed in the chamber, the desired amount of air is extracted from the vacuum bag and then sealed. All of Get Packed’s Vacuum Chamber machines are made from Stainless steel and are available in a variety of sizes and configurations such as the option of gas flushing kits.

FOOD FILM DISPENSER

Get Packed now supplies this new Hand Wrapper or food film dispenser which is ideal for packaging food in order to preserve its freshness and also to enhance its appearance. The food hand wrapper is a table top station made of a stainless steel construction for cleanliness and ease of maintenance. It is equipped with an electric heated blade that easily cuts the film and the non-stick plate provides a tight seal to keep in the freshness. The hand wrapper can take a maximum film width of up to 18” wide which is purchased separately. Operation of the hand wrapper is easy – simply wait 5-10 minutes for it to warm up and once it is ready place the product to be packaged on the platform, pull the film over and around the product, cut the film with the heated blade and seal the package on the heated non-stick plate. It is ideal for wrapping trays of meat, cheese and produce.

AUGER FILLER MB - 50

The Auger filler is a versatile powder filling machine for dosing free flowing as well as non free flowing powders, like talcum powders, spices, ground coffee etc.The Auger displaces the product through a funnel into a pouch or container held under the funnel. The filling cycle is controlled by an electromagnetic clutch / brake unit and photoelectric sensor. The machine hopper holds 35 litres of material with operating speeds of 15-25 packs per minute and a filling accuracy of +/- 2%.

SACHET PACKER MB - 100

A vertical form, fill and seal automatic machine for producing most types of powder and granular sachets with the option of a liquid filling attachment. A robust machine with all parts that come into contact with product manufactured in stainless steel and particular consideration to minimum maintenance and easy adjustments. The packs size is from 30mm - 100mm in width and 50mm - 140mm in length with an output of up to 95 packs per minute.

BAGGING MACHINE MB - 250

A fully automatic PLC based vertical form fill and seal machine for producing centre sealed sachets handling all types of free flowing / non free flowing powders / granules. The MB-250 can be fitted with any one of the following fillers; volumetric cup, auger filler, weigh filler, count filler or index conveyor belt.The pack size is from 50mm - 200mm in width and 70mm - 400mm in length with an output of up to 50 packs per minute.
